An education concierge that syncs attendance from Zoom and rosters from Thinkific, then writes a per-cohort Google Sheet that auto-refreshes after every class.

Iris is an AI specialist for schools and organizations running online cohort courses. Email her a question like “who came to class on Tuesday” and she’ll pull the Zoom attendance, match it against the Thinkific roster, and reply with names and minutes per student. Ask her to sync the latest data and she’ll do it across every cohort in one call.

After every sync, Iris updates a Google Sheet bound to each cohort — a single matrix of who came on which date, with summed minutes per session. The sheet is the deliverable; program directors and teachers check it instead of running reports.

Iris only responds to email from her organization’s approved domain. Requests that need a human get forwarded with context to the program lead.
